These Terms govern the use of Vestige Metrics, provided by Lead Tracker LTDA, Brazilian corporate taxpayer ID (CNPJ) 37.258.502/0001-27, headquartered in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil (“Vestige,” “we,” or the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vestige is a SaaS platform for marketing and sales metrics, attribution, and analytics. Features, limits, and conditions may vary according to the subscribed plan and may be updated as the Service evolves.

2. Account and access

You must provide accurate information and keep your data up to date. Credentials are personal and must be protected; the account holder is responsible for activities performed by its users and for notifying Vestige of unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

The Service must be used lawfully and respectfully. You may not violate third-party rights, insert malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, reverse engineer, or use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

4. Customer data

Data entered by the customer remains under the customer’s responsibility and ownership, where applicable. The customer must have the legal bases, authorizations, and permissions required to collect, integrate, and analyze such data. Vestige processes this data according to documented instructions and the Privacy Policy.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Prices, billing frequency, taxes, and payment terms are those presented during purchase. Cancellation prevents future charges according to plan rules but does not waive amounts already due. Nonpayment may result in restricted or suspended access.

6. Intellectual property

The software, brand, interface, texts, and other elements of the Service belong to Vestige or its licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service while the account remains active.

7. Integrations and third parties

Integrations depend on third-party services and their own rules and availability. Vestige does not control changes, interruptions, or failures in those services; the customer is responsible for permissions and configurations.

8. Availability and support

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, secure, and functional, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, and events outside our control may cause downtime.

9. Liability

Vestige provides analytical information and does not replace legal, accounting, financial, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, third-party failures, or improper use of the Service. Nothing limits liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access due to breach of these Terms, nonpayment, security risk, or legal requirement. You may cancel your account at any time. After termination, data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated. We will publish the current version on this page and may communicate material changes through available channels. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

12. Governing law and contact
